Job Summary:
Landmark Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Missouri is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Independence Missouri. This individual contributor role will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the auto industry and a proven track record of success in sales management.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve dealership goals and objectives
Lead inspire and motivate sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Train and mentor sales staff on sales techniques product knowledge and customer service
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and create a positive buying experience
Collaborate with management team to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities
Conduct regular sales meetings and provide performance updates to management
Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulations
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service
