- Coordinate Sales operations with the other departments of the organization.
- Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the organization.
- Ensure maintenance of customer database.
- Responsible for targeting new customers and new sales opportunities initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization.
- Any matter which may effect the interests of ACCOR should be brought to the attention of the Management.
- Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the department
- Manage/direct public relations and promotional activities in conjunction with corporate marketing and public relations departments.

Qualifications :
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
