Main Tasks
Commercial Positioning & Sponsorship Readiness
- Work with the Commercial Team to make products sponsor-ready.
- Define value propositions for MedTech partners and other stakeholders.
- Translate educational goals into marketable formats with measurable outcomes.
Strategy & Product Development:
- Shape and own the vision for our educational product portfolio.
- Build roadmaps for the continuous evolution of formats and new learning experiences.
- Ensure our education offering aligns with user needs market opportunities and scientific quality standards.
Team Leadership
- Lead support and coach the Education Management Team.
- Establish clear responsibilities workflows and KPIs for product success.
- Encourage innovation and a high-performance mindset.
User & Stakeholder Engagement
- Ensure that our educational products are relevant and attractive for surgeons across experience levels.
- Involve instructors and KOLs in shaping impactful content and delivery methods.
- Collaborate with community and platform teams to integrate learning into the broader WST ecosystem.
Operational Excellence & Evaluation
- Oversee planning execution and evaluation of education projects.
- Establish systems for feedback impact tracking and product iteration.
- Ensure seamless project delivery through cross-functional coordination.
Side Tasks:
- Support brand presence at events (e.g. congresses partner activations).
- Represent WST Education in strategic partnerships and advisory groups.
Dein Profil
Experience
- 5 years in medical education product development or program management
- Strong background in surgical or healthcare-related education
- Proven leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams
Industry Knowledge
- Familiarity with the needs and workflows of surgical professionals
- Understanding of how industry stakeholders interact with medical education
- Strong interest in digital and hybrid learning innovations
Skills & Competencies
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills (DE/EN)
- Product-focused mindset with understanding of business models
