Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders managers and employees providing guidance on talent management organizational design and employee relations.
- Design and implement People programs that align with business goals and drive organizational success.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop actionable insights and solutions.
- Manage complex employee relations issues including conducting thorough and objective investigations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support highgrowth initiatives including mergers and acquisitions.
- Coach and advise employees at all levels to support their professional growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and legislation.
Qualifications
MustHave:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Industrial Psychology Sociology or a related field.
- 10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner in a highgrowth technology company.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and tools (e.g. Workday Culture Amp HR Acuity).
- Proven experience supporting management and providing HR guidance.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and legislation.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to interpret HR analytics and translate data into actionable insights.
