Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the technical implementation of the ServiceNow SecOps platform or Chronicle SOAR platform;
- Develop and execute implementation plans including system configuration customization and data migration from the Architectural blueprints;
- Collaborate with business analysts technical architects and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives;
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow SecOps or Chronicle SecOps platform to meet specific business requirements;
- Develop and implement APIs web services and other integration solutions;
- Perform rigorous testing to ensure the new system meets functional and performance criteria;
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the implementation process;
- Generate detailed technical documentation including configuration guides and integration procedures.
Must have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in system implementation or software engineering;
- CyberSecurity knowledge;
- Proven experience with ServiceNow SecOps or similar platforms;
- Strong knowledge of frontend and backend technologies;
- Excellent understanding of system integration principles including APIs and web services;
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills;
- Experience with data migration and system integration.
