On behalf of our client we are looking for a competent skilled and experienced Trade Sales Representatives to work in Nairobi Kenya
Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic resultsdriven Trade Sales Representatives (TSRs) to drive the sales of construction materials to hardware stores and construction projects. If you are a highly motivated sales professional who thrives in a targetdriven environment this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and acquire new customers to expand market reach and drive sales growth.
Build & influence purchase decisions with hardware store owners contractors and construction projects.
Meet and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Provide exceptional customer service addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports for performance tracking
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Proven passion for sales and business development.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Previous experience in construction materials or hardware sales is a plus.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region to maximize sales opportunities.
