Our client a fastgrowing logistic company is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Work as a representative of the company in order to foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and enhance satisfaction.
Establish clear sales goals and objectives to drive performance as well as create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Increase the visibility of the companys products in the market.
Continuously assess and enhance sales processes and strategies.
Cultivate longterm relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Stay informed about market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present sales reports to track progress and inform decisionmaking.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to align efforts and achieve common goals.
Provide necessary data and insights to support financial analysis and planning.
Establish performance targets and report on achievements regularly.
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management is highly desirable.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position with business development experience: freehand air freight.
A proven track record of successful development strategies.
Customer hunter skill is a must
Proficient in English. Candidate with Chinese skill is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Focused and goaloriented.
