We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Revenue Growth Manager to drive strategic initiatives aimed at increasing revenue improving customer acquisition and optimizing pricing and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management sales optimization and datadriven decisionmaking to enhance business profitability.
Develop and execute revenue growth strategies to maximize business profitability.
Analyze sales performance data customer insights and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing sales and product teams to enhance pricing models and promotional strategies.
Implement customer segmentation and lifecycle management strategies to improve retention and lifetime value.
Optimize pricing structures discounting strategies and upsell opportunities.
Lead demand forecasting and revenue projections based on historical data and industry trends.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sales funnel conversion rates.
Monitor competitor pricing and industry developments to ensure competitive positioning.
Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies and recommend enhancements.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Economics Finance or a related field.
3 years of experience in revenue management business growth sales strategy or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis forecasting and financial modeling.
Proficiency in CRM analytics tools and revenue management software.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to make datadriven decisions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in SaaS ecommerce hospitality or related industries is a plus.
