The Opportunity Were looking for a sharp data-driven Growth Marketer to lead and scale our B2B influencer partnerships channel. This is a crucial remote position open to talented individuals in South Africa or the Philippines. Youll own the strategy and execution of outreach manage campaign analytics and optimize for performance across platforms like YouTube Twitter TikTok and LinkedIn. This role is for someone who truly understands the dynamics of the Prosumer AI space (think Lovable Replit Bolt ..) ideally with experience working within SaaS or AI companies. You will be instrumental in expanding our reach by fostering key relationships and driving measurable growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities - Influencer Identification & Curation: Identify research and curate a list of high-potential B2B influencers across multiple platforms relevant to the AI and SaaS ecosystem.
- Outreach Strategy & Execution: Conduct personalized outreach campaigns utilizing tools like LEMLIST with a clear goal of achieving a 30 40% reply rate.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Track outreach and engagement performance in a custom Excel dashboard. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g. views conversions CPM) to continuously optimize campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with influencers to launch compelling content campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- CRM Management: Manage the entire partnership pipeline using Notion as a CRM ensuring meticulous record-keeping and clear visibility.
- Reporting: Report comprehensively on campaign performance providing insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Market & Industry Trends: Stay current on B2B trends in SaaS AI and influencer marketing understanding what it takes to be an influential voice in the B2B AI space.
Ideal Candidate Profile - 2 4 years experience in growth marketing influencer marketing or digital partnerships preferably within the SaaS or AI industry.
- Mandatory proficiency in Notion as a CRM and internal system.
- Highly analytical and comfortable working in Excel (can build dashboards models and analyze complex data sets).
- Experience with cold outreach tools specifically LEMLIST or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive self-starter mindset.
- Demonstrated understanding of what it means to be an influencer in the B2B AI space and how to engage with them.
- Familiarity with startup/tech culture or no-code/low-code ecosystems is a bonus.
- Nice to have: experience in sourcing creators/influencers (manual sourcing or tools like Favikon) on all platforms (Youtube TikTok Twitter Linkedin)
