Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Sales Manager to lead our international sales efforts. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding Wizikeys footprint across global markets by identifying opportunities building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & :

    • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate and expand Wizikeys presence in international markets.

    • Identify key growth opportunities and create tailored sales plans for different regions.

  • Client Acquisition & Management:

    • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects nurturing them through the sales funnel.

    • Establish and maintain longterm relationships with international clients.

  • Market Insights:

    • Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market conditions.

    • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance offerings for international clients.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing product and customer success teams to ensure alignment in delivering value to clients.

    • Partner with RevOps to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

  • Targets & KPIs:

    • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.

    • Monitor and report on key performance metrics including conversion rates pipeline health and customer retention.


Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of 3 years in SaaS sales with significant experience in international markets.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in B2B environments.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with Clevel executives.

  • Strong negotiation and dealclosing abilities.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce HubSpot or equivalent.

  • Selfdriven proactive and adaptable to the fastpaced dynamics of a startup environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of PRTech or media monitoring solutions is a plus.

  • Experience working in the UAE European markets.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and refine strategies.
