About the Role
We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our experienced selforganized team spread across Sweden Sri Lanka and Germany. Our team work in an agile environment based on SCRUM ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
As a Product Specialist you will play a key role in shaping the functionality of IFS Cloud products. Your work will focus on interpreting business needs and transforming them into fitforpurpose enterprisegrade solutions. Business value usability and solution consistency are at the core of everything we do.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and enhance ERP functionality based on business requirements and strategic direction.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Participate in quality assurance activities including manual and automated testing reviews and solution maintenance.
- Develop documentation presentations and training materials to support knowledge sharing.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- Domain knowledge in Supply Chain (Manufacturing Procurement Logistics or related areas).
- A degree in Manufacturing Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Transport/Material Management Supply Chain or a related field.
- Experience in software design and development.
- Handson experience with IFS Cloud or another ERP system.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- An understanding of effective user experience and usability principles.
