Job Title: US IT Recruiter
Location: Belapur Navi Mumbai (Onsite)
Experience Required: 3 Years

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Belapur Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle technical skills and experience sourcing candidates for IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle endtoend recruitment for USbased IT positions.
Source screen and identify qualified candidates through various job boards (Dice Monster CareerBuilder etc. LinkedIn and other platforms.
Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical and communication skills.
Coordinate interviews negotiate salary terms and manage candidate onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients consultants and hiring managers.
Stay updated with current hiring trends and technologies in the US market.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and documentation standards.

Key Skills:
3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.


Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree CS or related field.
Familiarity with technical terminology and IT technologies.
Shift Timings: 7:00 PM IST 4:30 AM IST
