Summary
Lead teams to deliver projects that span one or more business units. Manage resources schedules and financials while adhering to quality and control guidelines throughout the full project management life cycle. Manage issues risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery and contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.Job Description
Administer projects on a day-to-day basis and verify that they produce the required deliverables of quality within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.
Lead the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
Take ownership of the full project life cycle including the successful project delivery and the full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
Ensures resource availability and allocation. Coordinate internal resources third parties and vendors for the flawless execution of projects while ensuring the delivery of all projects on time within scope and within budget.
Develops project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in the project scope schedule and costs.
Manage relationships with all stakeholders establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors. Report and escalate an issues to management as needed.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and measure project performance using the appropriate systems tools and techniques. Identify and assess risks and facilitate resolution to minimize project risks and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Must be a strong diplomatic leader with the ability to motivate teams of various sizes and lead up down and across multiple business and technology organizations.
Required to exhibit an ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork innovation and excellence with experience in successfully leading projects and programs to completion on-time on-schedule and within budget.
Must demonstrate experience leading and managing various projects and programs including internal and external resources while holding teams accountable for performance with in-depth experience presenting to executive sponsors using excellent written and oral communication skills with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of management.
Required demonstrate experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executives sponsors team members stakeholders and peers and an ability to learn understand and apply new technologies.
Qualifications
