What is this position about
As a Talent Recruiter at Blend you will be pivotal in driving our growth by identifying engaging and hiring toptier talent. In this role you will manage the fullcycle recruitment process focusing on technology roles including Data Science Data Engineering Business Intelligence and other highdemand fields. You will partner closely with hiring managers to align strategies coordinate tight timelines and ensure a seamless and effective recruitment journey from start to finish. This role requires a deep understanding of endtoend recruitment processes advanced sourcing skills and a commitment to delivering results in a fastpaced environment.
- Own the recruitment process endtoend: From creating job descriptions and sourcing candidates to facilitatinginterviews and finalizing offers.
- Partner with hiring managers: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand hiring needs define role requirements and set recruitment strategies.
- Leverage sourcing tools: Use platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced techniques to identify and attract exceptional candidates focusing on technology roles.
- Coordinate across tight timelines: Ensure the timely of the recruitment process meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments: Screen candidates for technical skills English proficiency (including conducting English assessments during meetings) cultural alignment and rolespecific qualifications.
- Utilize the ATS effectively: Maintain organized and accurate records including scorecards interview feedback and candidate communications.
- Drive candidate experience: Ensure clear consistent and timely communication with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding processes.
Qualifications :
- Proven expertise in endtoend recruitment processes with a strong track record in technologyfocused roles (Data Engineering Data Science Software Engineer Business Intelligence etc..
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers and managing recruitment strategies in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Advanced sourcing skills including proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to identify top talent.
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple roles and candidates simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities including confirming technical experience and testing English proficiency during meetings
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining detailed documentation. Experience using Smart Recruiters is a plus.
- Clear and proactive communicator able to build trust with stakeholders and candidates alike.
- A degree in Human Resources Psychology or a related field or equivalent experience.
