Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 2500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:
Sagan represents a fastgrowing home services company based in Cleveland OH. The company operates in a highurgency industry where lead generation is missioncritical requiring a resultsdriven marketing approach.
Position Overview:
The Performance Marketing Manager will take ownership of the companys paid advertising efforts ensuring maximum lead generation within the allocated budget. This role is ideal for a datadriven marketer who thrives in a fastpaced environment and can make realtime budget adjustments to drive highquality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Monitor campaigns in realtime adjusting budgets and bid strategies to maximize lead flow
- Analyze data to identify trends optimize conversion rates and reduce costperlead (CPL)
- Implement A/B testing on ad creatives copy and targeting strategies
- Collaborate with the team to align lead flow with service availability and operational capacity
- Report key performance metrics insights and recommendations to leadership
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta ad campaigns ideally in a leadgeneration or home services environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics Meta Business Suite and other ad tracking tools
- Ability to make realtime budget adjustments based on performance trends
- Highly detailoriented with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes is a bonus
