Lead manage and hold the marketing and customer service team accountable for delivering performance targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide continuous guidance and feedback. 2) Public Relations: Develop and execute strategic PR plans to elevate brand reputation. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets influencers and key stakeholders. Handle crisis communication and manage public messaging proactively. 3) Marketing Campaigns Lead the creation and rollout of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Analyze consumer insights and market trends to shape strategic initiatives. 4) Customer Service Management Oversee end-to-end customer service operations to ensure effective issue resolution. Implement customer-focused improvements to increase satisfaction and retention. Monitor and respond to feedback and inquiries across digital and physical touchpoints. 5) Digital & Social Media Management Manage the brand s digital presence including website and social media platforms. Develop and execute engaging content strategies to grow community engagement and drive registrations.
Requirements
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing PR Communications Business or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing public relations or customer service with proven leadership responsibilities.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Customer-first mindset with a track record of improving customer satisfaction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in digital tools CRM platforms and social media management.
