Job Description

At STRI we are hiring a Sales Lead for a Personal Care Manufacturing Company based in Hyderabad. Our clients are a start up and manufacturers of natural and sustainable body hair and oral care products.


Location: Hyderabad

Type: Full Time Onsite


About the role:

The Sales Lead is a pivotal associate role responsible for overseeing the entire front line sales activity of the organization for the Corporate Gifting Vertical.

You will be responsible identifying Corporate Gifting Partners who work with large MNCs and position our product in their portfolio as a premium vendor.


This fulltime position and offers a competitive salary depending on experience and qualifications. This position also offers performancebased incentives in addition to base salary.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation Corporate Gifting Partners and Direct Companies

Identify potential clients in B2B (corporates wholesalers resellers)

Utilize databases industry directories trade shows and networking to build a lead pipeline.

Leverage LinkedIn industry forums and referrals for targeted outreach.

  • Initial Contact & Qualification

Reach out via cold calls emails or inperson visits to introduce the product portfolio.

Qualify leads based on their business size purchase capacity and potential fit.

Gather key decisionmaker information (owners procurement heads F&B managers).

  • Needs Assessment & Product Presentation

Understand various client requirements (pricing quality bulk supply needs delivery schedules).

Conduct product demos or sample presentations highlighting USPs and benefits.

Tailor offerings based on clientspecific needs (customized packaging special pricing).

  • Proposal & Negotiation

Draft proposals with pricing terms and delivery schedules.

Offer volumebased discounts or exclusive deals for longterm partnerships.

Handle objections regarding pricing payment terms or supply chain concerns.

  • Closing the Deal

Finalize agreements/contracts ensuring mutual benefits.

Confirm payment terms (credit advance postpaid cycles).

Establish a supply and delivery schedule for seamless operations.

  • Order Fulfillment & Customer Support

Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Provide aftersales support for issues related to product quality delivery or billing.

Ensure proper invoicing and follow up on payments.

  • Relationship Management & Repeat Sales

Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Upsell and crosssell products based on evolving needs.

Offer promotional deals or exclusive discounts for repeat orders.




Requirements

Qualifications

  • Sales Business Development Market Research Target Segmentation Lead Generation Cold Calling
  • Knowledge and experience working with Corporate Gifting companies is a must
  • Handling Corporate Gifting Business for a retail or FMCG brand would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong presentation and persuasive skills
  • Ability to work in a targetdriven environment
  • Previous experience in retail sales preferred
  • Proficiency in ZOHO CRM software
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field


Post Graduate or Graduate Completed Interest in Premium Retail Sales Products Willingness to travel when needed 6 days work cycle on-site
