About the role:
The Sales Lead is a pivotal associate role responsible for overseeing the entire front line sales activity of the organization for the Corporate Gifting Vertical.
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify potential clients in B2B (corporates wholesalers resellers)
Utilize databases industry directories trade shows and networking to build a lead pipeline.
Leverage LinkedIn industry forums and referrals for targeted outreach.
Reach out via cold calls emails or inperson visits to introduce the product portfolio.
Qualify leads based on their business size purchase capacity and potential fit.
Gather key decisionmaker information (owners procurement heads F&B managers).
Understand various client requirements (pricing quality bulk supply needs delivery schedules).
Conduct product demos or sample presentations highlighting USPs and benefits.
Tailor offerings based on clientspecific needs (customized packaging special pricing).
Draft proposals with pricing terms and delivery schedules.
Offer volumebased discounts or exclusive deals for longterm partnerships.
Handle objections regarding pricing payment terms or supply chain concerns.
Finalize agreements/contracts ensuring mutual benefits.
Confirm payment terms (credit advance postpaid cycles).
Establish a supply and delivery schedule for seamless operations.
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Provide aftersales support for issues related to product quality delivery or billing.
Ensure proper invoicing and follow up on payments.
Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Upsell and crosssell products based on evolving needs.
Offer promotional deals or exclusive discounts for repeat orders.
