Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as lead associate on M&A deals including public and private transactions cross-border deals and venture-backed exits.
Advise clients on deal structuring due diligence and drafting/negotiating key agreements.
Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams on transactional and general corporate matters.
Assist clients with post-closing integration and governance matters.
Qualifications:
3 5 years of relevant M&A experience ideally at a leading law firm.
Strong academic credentials and a J.D. from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction of the office location (or eligibility to obtain admission).
Demonstrated experience with:
Representing buyers and sellers in complex transactions.
Working with technology companies startups or VC-backed businesses.
Drafting and negotiating a variety of corporate agreements.
Excellent interpersonal analytical and writing skills.
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and client-service mindset.

Compensation:
Base salary range for this position is $225000 $365000 depending on experience and location.
A competitive bonus structure and comprehensive benefits package are also provided.
