We are seeking a VP Product (m/f/d) to join our Platform Team in Munich or in a hybrid role starting immediately. In this role you will drive the vision and strategy of the coboworx software ecosystem ensuring our solutions meet market demands and exceed customer expectations. You will lead the product development team aligning innovation with business objectives and shaping cuttingedge robotic solutions. Collaborating closely with our crossfunctional teams and customersfrom shopfloor operators to Clevel executivesyou will play a pivotal role in scaling our impact. #Join coboworxexperience true startup spirit and grow with us!

YOUR TASKS

  • Define and drive the product vision Set clear objectives and a strategic roadmap for the coboworx software ecosystem ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation Leverage market research customer insights and industry trends to anticipate future demands and enhance our product offerings.
  • Translate strategy into Align product goals with business objectives creating a cohesive highimpact development roadmap.
  • Lead and inspire the product team Manage and empower a highperforming product development team fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Make datadriven decisions Continuously monitor product performance and use insights to optimize features functionality and user experience.
  • Act as the key stakeholder interface Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment on product goals and deliverables.
  • Engage directly with customers Build strong relationships with Csuite executives and shopfloor operators alike gaining deep insights into their operations and business needs.
  • Champion the voice of the customer Oversee user studies interviews and focus groups to ensure customer perspectives are embedded in product decisions.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Product Management & Leadership: 5 years of experience in Product Management or a related field with a focus on B2B software development; proven ability to lead product or development teams; track record of managing products from concept to market launch.
  • Industry & Technical Expertise: Experience in startups or consulting; strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (methodologies tools best practices); datadriven mindset with a strong analytical approach to decisionmaking.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communicator able to engage with shopfloor operators to Csuite executives; ability to align product strategy with business objectives and drive crossfunctional collaboration.
  • Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel 30; valid drivers license.
  • Preferred language Qualifications: Fluency in German and English required.
  • Technical Experience in robotics or industrial automation and/ or a background in hardwareintegrated products is a plus.
