If so you might be exactly who we re looking for! BMI is seeking a Graphic Design & Brand Standards Junior Specialist to take charge of our brand s visual presence. From customerfacing materials to internal documents to software UI/UX if it has our name on it you ll make sure it looks impeccable.

Your Role
If you re meticulous detailobsessed and take pride in perfect design this is the role for you!
What You ll Be Doing for Both Us and Our Clients
Designing & Standardizing Visual Assets
Maintain and evolve BMI s brand identity across all touchpoints.
Develop brand guidelines covering typography color schemes imagery and layout principles.
Create and refine templates for reports presentations marketing collateral social media and more.
Ensure every piece of content aligns with our visual standards nothing gets published without your stamp of approval.
UI/UX Oversight
Improve the design and usability of our software products working within customization capabilities.
Provide guidance on button placements layouts iconography and user flows for an intuitive experience.
Collaborate with developers to bring visually cohesive and userfriendly designs to life.
Brand Consistency Enforcement
Audit existing materials and bring all assets up to spec.
Establish workflows to ensure brand compliance in all new materials.
Educate team members on branding best practices and empower them to maintain high design standards.
