Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a multinational financial services company that is seeking to onboard a Russian speaking Business Development Director Crypto operations to join theirteam.
Position: Business Development Director Crypto
Location: Limassol Cyprus
Work model: on site
Employment type: Employment Contract
Remuneration: Base salary quarterlyBonuses depending on experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and implement a strategic plan for launching and growing the business.
- Oversee sales marketing and business development initiatives to drive revenue.
- Manage financial planning budgeting and profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities.
- Build and lead a highperforming team across various departments.
- Define and execute gotomarket strategies for new products or services.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and manage risk within operations.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships to enhance market expansion.
- Track industry trends and competitor activities to foster innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
REQUIREMENTS:N
- Native or fluent in Russian with fluency in English
- Degree in Business Management Economics or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development product management or leadership roles in relevant industries.
- Solid understanding of market trends industry dynamics and regulatory environments.
- Previous experience in cryptocurrency operations.
- Experience managing P&L budgeting and driving revenue growth.
- Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and oversee business operations.
- Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving results.
