Position Overview:
We are seeking a Paid Media Manager to lead digital advertising efforts across multiple platforms focusing on highbudget ad spend performance optimization automation and datadriven decisionmaking. The ideal candidate has direct experience managing $25K in monthly ad spend a deep understanding of marketing analytics attribution modeling and AIdriven content strategies and a passion for scaling campaigns through datadriven optimizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing:
- Develop implement and optimize highbudget paid media campaigns across Google Ads Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other relevant platforms.
- Directly manage and allocate a monthly ad spend of at least $25K optimizing for ROAS CTR and CPC.
- Implement and refine A/B testing strategies to improve ad creatives audience targeting and bidding efficiency.
- Execute retargeting and funnelbased ad strategies to maximize conversions.
Data Analysis Reporting & Automation:
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics Data Studio and platformspecific insights.
- Implement UTM tracking link attribution and conversion path optimizations to ensure accurate performance measurement.
- Automate reporting processes and campaign adjustments using AIpowered tools and integrations.
- Leverage marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations to streamline lead tracking and audience segmentation.
AI & Creative Optimization:
- Strong preference for candidates with graphic design experience or expertise in AIpowered imagetovideo prompting to enhance ad creative production.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure highquality databacked ad creatives that drive engagement.
- Stay ahead of trends in AIdriven content generation and automation tools to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in performance marketing and digital advertising with a proven track record of managing ad budgets of $25K per month.
- Expertise in Google Ads Meta Ads Manager Google Analytics and digital ad attribution models.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS CTR CPC CPA) data analytics and marketing attribution.
- Experience with UTM tracking link attribution and conversion rate optimization.
- Proficiency in automating reporting and campaign adjustments through integrations and AIdriven tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.

- Graphic design experience or expertise in AIpowered imagetovideo content generation.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics Power BI or other reporting tools.
