Job Description

The Aerospace Sourcer is responsible for identifying sourcing and engaging top talent for aerospacerelated positions within the organization. This role involves actively researching and building a pipeline of highly qualified candidates particularly for roles in engineering manufacturing design and other technical fields related to the aerospace industry. The Sourcer works closely with recruiters  to ensure the company attracts the best candidates to meet its hiring needs.

Talent Sourcing:

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards databases social media platforms and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates for aerospace roles.
  • Leverage advanced search techniques (Boolean search LinkedIn etc.) to uncover passive talent.
  • Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future aerospace positions.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Reach out to qualified candidates via email phone or social media to introduce job opportunities and gauge interest.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with highpotential candidates to create longterm interest in the organization.
  • Conduct initial reach out to assess skills qualifications and cultural fit for aerospace roles.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements candidate profiles and organizational needs.
  • Provide market insights on talent availability salary expectations and industry trends.

Candidate DataBase Management

  • Maintain an organized and uptodate database of candidates for future aerospace roles.
  • Track and manage candidate interactions and progress in applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in sourcing or recruiting ideally in the aerospace engineering or manufacturing sectors.
    • Familiarity with aerospacespecific roles such as aerospace engineers avionics specialists production technicians and other related technical positions.
    • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
    • Strong proficiency in online sourcing techniques (LinkedIn job boards social media etc.).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers.
    • English is a must for the position.
