Job Description
- Lead and manage the overall project development lifecycle including feasibility studies planning execution and delivery.
- Develop project strategies timelines and budgets ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee design regulatory approvals and stakeholder management to ensure timely project completion.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams including consultants contractors and government agencies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Monitor project progress mitigate risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead and mentor the project team fostering a highperformance culture.
- Provide reports and updates to senior management on project milestones and financial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Real Estate Architecture Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project development with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proficient in both speaking and writing in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Strong understanding of property development construction processes and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record in managing largescale projects successfully.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and drive project efficiencies.
