We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to oversee the planning coordination and execution of technology projects within defined scope timeline and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management including experience in the mortgage software industry and a demonstrated ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Plan coordinate and manage internal and clientfacing projects to meet defined objectives and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans highlighting critical paths and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Simultaneously monitor and manage multiple projects maintaining schedules budgets and resource allocations.
- Lead crossfunctional teams including IT Business Analysis Development QA and Support ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Maintain RAID logs identify risks and implement mitigation and recovery plans as needed.
- Prepare and deliver clear concise status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients and vendors to align on project expectations and performance metrics.
- Utilize appropriate methodologies (Agile Waterfall or hybrid) and tools to adapt to project needs and manage changes in scope schedule or cost.
- Up to 25% domestic travel may be necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing technology or business projects in environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
- Industry experience in mortgage technology is highly desirable.
- Skills and Tools:
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project SmartSheet Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong organizational multitasking and attentiontodetail skills.
- Expertise in identifying KPIs and leveraging metrics for project transparency.
- Solid technical background with knowledge or handson experience in software development and web technologies.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Superior written and verbal communication skills including clientfacing interactions.
- Strong decisionmaking negotiation and conflict management capabilities.

- Education and Certifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university preferred.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
