Our client a fast growing technology company is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.


  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across industries establishing strong relationships with key clients to expand market presence.

  • Achieve and surpass sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and employing consultative selling techniques that address client needs.

  • Foster longterm partnerships by understanding clients business requirements and delivering tailored IT solutions that meet their evolving needs.

  • Lead and mentor a highperforming regional sales team cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Establish and nurture strategic alliances with industry leaders technology providers and channel partners to enhance market reach and leverage synergies.

  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and customer insights to refine and optimize gotomarket strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies aligning efforts across departments for maximum impact.



Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the APAC region with a focus on selling software solutions to new accounts.

  • Experienced in writing successful proposals bids and tenders with a proven ability to build strong relationships with Clevel executives in target accounts.

  • Possesses a strong technical understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing processes.

  • Strong communication skills able to use a consultative approach to sell solutions.

  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
