Job Description

Pay rates:

Entry level Care Worker

29500 30500 for qualified Residential Care Workers with Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or extensive experience in social /clinical care and relevant alternative qualifications.

28000 unqualified 29500 qualified Waking Nights (4 on 4 off 35 hours pw)

36000 Senior TCWs (L3 C&YP essential previous experience in a Senior Support role)

Tasks

An empathetic person who is calm and reflective.
A safe and inspiring role model for children and young people from traumatic backgrounds.

Requirements

You must hold a full manual UK driving licence as you will be expected to transport the children in company cars (manual required)

Age exemption due to regulatory requirements candidates must be 21 years or older due to the nature of our service

You must successfully apply for an enhanced DBS certificate and register with the update service which the company will fund

You must have the right to work in the UK

You must be available to work to the house shift patterns which will include some unsociable hours over a rolling 7 day 39 hour week

You must be able to provide acceptable references
