Job Description
Location: Lakeway TX 78738
Shift: 12 HR Days 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
- Conduct detailed and accurate clinical assessments in line with best practices.
- Design implement and evaluate personalized nursing care plans.
- Collaborate in performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
- Foster therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.
- Partner with fellow nurses healthcare professionals and the community to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of nursing care principles and clinical standards.
- Understanding of ethical and legal nursing practices.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive in identifying and responding to patient condition changes.
- Comfortable using medical software and electronic health records.
- Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience in wound care or a related clinical area.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or must obtain within 30 days of hire).
