Work Model: Hybrid; This will be a largely remotework position but UHN reserves the right to require onpremises presence when necessary. We expect the successful candidate will be based within commuting range of the Greater Toronto Area.
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: $95862 $119827 per annum
Shifts: Monday to Friday;
Status: Permanent FullTime

Position Summary
This position will be our leading specialist in the flow and security of email and related services providing toptobottom support for its ongoing operation in a 24/7 environment. Critical clinical and business applications are key dependencies. Additional skills will be used in the domains of user identity (credentials authentication authorization auditing) system identity (configuration location supported applications licensing) and general systems administration. The role may act as an escalation path for the Digital Service Desk and may be part of one or more ITSM Resolver Teams and may be delegated tasks by the manager.
