Job Description
We are looking for a freelance recruiter to assist us in fulfilling nonIT requirements across India. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of sales hiring and recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing screening and selecting qualified candidates to fill various sales positions. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for talent acquisition and a desire to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their nonIT recruitment needs
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new hires
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with sales hiring and nonIT recruitment
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or relevant field
