- This role is responsible for identifying and documenting requirements and analyzing these requirements.
- Ability to analyze current and future operational/business requirements/scenarios and work with the end users and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- This role is responsible for designing and developing new business process flows and implement new BPM process using Camunda
- Should be independently able to write SQL queries to quickly troubleshoot some of the key production issues and provide adhoc reports.
- This role also will be responsible in assisting end users in determining and resolving the day-to-day production system issues and errors.
- Responsible for training employees and driving the operational implementation of solutions .
