Background:
Sia is looking for an experienced Change Impact Specialist to join an Organizational Change Management (OCM) team supporting our client a global leader in coatings and manufacturing. As they undergo an SAP S/4HANA transformation this role will play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth transition by driving business readiness strengthening stakeholder engagement and fostering adoption of new processes roles and technology within the Indiabased OCM & PMO team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in delivering change strategies for SAP implementations and the ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment..
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and areas requiring targeted interventions.
- Develop and execute structured change management plans ensuring alignment across communication stakeholder engagement and training initiatives.
- Support the establishment of change champion networks to facilitate smooth adoption.
- Drive business readiness activities ensuring all stakeholders customers and third parties are prepared for the new processes roles and technology platforms.
- Work closely with project teams to analyse data readiness and process adoption gaps.
- Develop and implement communication plans training materials and engagement strategies to drive adoption.
- Partner with OCM leads and other workstream leaders to ensure consistent stakeholder experience across programs.
- Deliver impact reporting change metrics and leadership updates on adoption and readiness progress.
- Identify and mitigate potential resistance to change by coaching stakeholders and providing handson support.
- Support the transition to businessasusual (BAU) teams postimplementation.
Qualifications :
- 58 years experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) within SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformations.
- Led 23 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA programs driving complex change initiatives ideally within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Change Management Methodology (SAP Activate or equivalent).
- Experience in consulting projects preferred.
- Expertise in business readiness activities stakeholder analysis training development and communications.
- Bachelors degree required (Business Communications HR Psychology or related field); Masters preferred.
- Ability to drive strategic and systems thinking ensuring business alignment.
- Strong facilitation coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Empathy active listening and strong communication skills.
- Proactive problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in fastpaced environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Resilience adaptability and analytical skills to handle organizational change challenges.
