Our client is a topnotch manufacturing company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Support Research and Project Planning:
Coordinate with relevant departments to conduct feasibility studies on technology construction sites and operating models.
Develop preliminary financial plans determine total investment and capital recovery plans.
Assist in preparing project documents.
Legal and Compliance Management:
Work with government agencies to obtain necessary permits (investment environmental construction operation).
Ensure compliance with legal regulations.
Partner Sourcing and Relationship Management:
Identify and evaluate potential technology vendors construction contractors and strategic partners.
Assist with contract negotiations and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
Track Project Progress and Reporting:
Monitor project timelines track work progress and provide solutions for any challenges that arise.
Facilitate communication between technical financial and legal teams to keep the project on track.
Investment and Fundraising Support (if any):
Prepare investment proposals and financial reports for potential investors.
Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities with financial institutions and investment funds in energy environment and M&A sectors.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree or higher in engineering project management economics or a related field.
Preferably experienced in managing construction projects especially in energy environmental or recycling industries.
Experience working with government agencies to obtain investment environmental and construction permits.
Experience in investment fundraising or working with financial investors is a plus.
Proficiency in English is an advantage.
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Indepth knowledge of legal regulations related to environmental protection construction and waste management in Vietnam.
Analytical and problemsolving skills: financial assessment risk management and proposing practical solutions.
Negotiation skills with suppliers investors and government agencies.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure project deadlines are met.
Highly responsible detailoriented honest and a collaborative team player.
