Job Description
Job Objective:
To execute customer enrollment activities and loyalty operations in accordance to planned schedule and defined success criteria to ensure customer satisfaction and conformance to company guidelines
Key Accountabilities
- Customer Enrollment and Operations
- Policies Systems Processes and Procedures
- Statement and Reports
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma in relevant field
Minimum Experience:
35 years experience working with Customer enrolment & operations software
Job specific skills:
Technical knowledge enrolment software and preferably loyalty program
Document control and processing
Analytical skills.
Attention to details.
Fluency in English and/ or Arabic.
MS Office skills.
