We are currently seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our German team.
The ideal candidate will have 1year experience in Customer support. This is a fulltime permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.
What youll do:
You will be providing CX Customer (backoffice)
Support experience for a Streaming video platform
Channels: Dual Chat and email
Work from the Office Onsite
Location: Alcntara / Lacs Conde D bidos / Lisbon
Key responsibilities main tasks:
Customer Support for monetization purposes
Understand and remain up to date with clients policies and guidelines
Support with Account and Settings
Policy Safety and Copyright management
Skills you have:
Native German speaking level
Excellent command of English
Multitasking ability
A high stress resistance
Good communication skills both verbal and oral
Proactive attitude and strong teamspirit
Strongly organized and able to manage time and tasks efficiently
Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes concepts and skills as well as being able to understand that an Operation is an everchanging organism
Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately efficiently and to a high standard
Good research skills
