RPO Recruiter Security (Dublin) Start ASAP!
We seek an independent and skilled recruiter to join our team temporarily as an RPO Recruiter for Security based in Dublin. This hybrid role is critical to supporting our local hiring efforts. Your expertise will be instrumental in sourcing hardtofind professionals for the security sector including site managers commission engineers and project managers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting technical talent with indepth knowledge of CCTV systems access control and fire safety technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Source attract and recruit highcalibre candidates within the security sector.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for site managers commission engineers and project managers.
- Evaluate and identify qualified experts CCTV access control and fire safety systems.
- Collaborate with the local hiring team to understand specific job requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Effectively use our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other tools to manage candidate workflows and processes.
- Ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment lifecycle from candidate engagement to onboarding.
- Provide consultation to hiring managers regarding talent market trends and insights.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a recruiter particularly in sourcing candidates for challenging technical and managerial security roles.
- Familiarity with security technologies including CCTV access control and fire safety systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and collaborate with local teams.
- Ability to work independently within a hybrid work model efficiently supporting recruitment needs.
- Expertise in using ATS and recruitment systems to track and streamline candidate workflows.
- Resultsdriven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed hiring targets.
- Strong analytical skills to effectively assess candidate quality and suitability.
