About the Internship
Job Description:
- Assist in updating our internal database by collecting HR data into archive / computer files.
- Screen resumes and application forms.
- Post jobs and schedule interviews.
The intern will learn:
- How to collect data for a well-structured HR database
- How to communicate
- How to screen CVs
- How to make phone and face-to-face interviews
- How to be accurate and picky
- How to work under pressure and stick to deadlines.
Application Deadline: 15 December 2020
Internship Start date: As soon as possible
Duration: 1 month (up to 3 months)
Internship Requirements
- 3rd or 4th year undergraduate.
- High level of confidentiality and commitment.
- Interested and passionate about HR functions.
- Strong desire in learning.
- Good application of Computer skills is a must.
- Should be flexible. (Working hours: From 07:30 AM to 04:30 PM)
- 6th of October residents are strongly preferred.
