What will be asked to do?

* You will be the first point of contact for customers and will be asked to their queries by phone and/or email.
* Identify customer needs.

Am I eligible?

You must "ideally" have prior experience in sales either face to face or by phone.
* European passport or identity card
* Native Italian/Level C2 (written and spoken)
* The training will be given in English, you must have a minimum B2 level in English.
* Have the ability to multi-task as you will be speaking to clients via phone and emails
