Responsibilities:
- Provide topnotch customer support in your C2level native language.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
Requirements:
- C2 proficiency level in Finnish Swedish Norwegian or Danish.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts.
