Job Description

Turkish Order Support Agent (Hybrid) Lisbon

Position: Order Support Agent

Location: Lisbon Portugal (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Fulltime

Eligibility: Must possess an EU passport or a residence permit allowing work in Portugal

Language Requirement: Fluent in Turkish

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and offering product information via phone email and chat.
  • Order Tracking: Monitor and track orders from placement to delivery ensuring all stages are completed efficiently.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update order records ensuring all data is accurately entered into the system.
  • Coordination: Liaise with logistics warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any orderrelated issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze order reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all orders comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • EU Passport or Residence Permit: Must have the legal right to work in Portugal.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in order support customer service or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Turkish and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) and experience with order management systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a hybrid work schedule combining remote and inoffice work.
