Job Description

About The Role

As a Sales and Recruitment Consultant you will be instrumental in identifying approaching and attracting top talent for our clients. You will also play a key role in driving business growth by developing strong client relationships and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with top talent through various channels including social media job boards and networking events.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to match candidates with the best job opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultancy to clients regarding market trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic business development initiatives.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Native in Spanish and fluent English both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and sales preferably within a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Spanish job market and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
  • A proactive and resultsdriven approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
