Job Description:

Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Relationship Manager to join our team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills a customerfocused attitude and a deep understanding of the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain longterm relationships with customers.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Provide personalized service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Sales and Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
    • Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective customers.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  3. AfterSales Support:

    • Follow up with customers postpurchase to ensure satisfaction.
    • Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely and efficient vehicle maintenance.
  4. Customer Feedback and Improvement:

    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service quality.
  5. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and customer satisfaction metrics.
    • Keep uptodate with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Excellent problemsolving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license.
