Responsibilities:
• Conduct screening and line up candidates for various positions ensuring alignment with organizational requirements.
• Obtain offer approvals from departmental heads ensuring offers meet company standards.
• Manage onboarding and induction processes ensuring new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
• Address and resolve employee grievances promptly and effectively fostering a positive work environment.
• Assist in conducting performance reviews and providing support to managers and employees throughout the process.
• Prepare daily reports on HR activities and metrics ensuring accurate and timely information.
• Handle miscellaneous HR tasks as needed.
• Conduct HR audits.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make datadriven decisions.
• Manage exit formalities for departing employees and ensure a smooth transition.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives identifying needs and sourcing relevant programs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's/Masters degree in HR Management or related field.
• 35 years of experience in HR roles preferably as a Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
