Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic German Sales Development Representative to play a key role in driving our business forward. In this role you will be responsible for generating leads qualifying prospects and nurturing relationships with clients in the Germanspeaking market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients through various channels including email phone calls and social media.
  • Qualify leads and assess their suitability for our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market developments.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (native or C1/C2 level) and proficiency in English.
  • Sales experience is preferable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges.
