ABOUT THE ROLE

Picture yourself at our state-of-the-art Benowa site, where you'll be the driving force behind our Radiology Reception Team.

From X-rays to MRIs, you'll be at the helm, ensuring top-notch service and excellence in diagnostic imaging. Plus, you'll manage the diary, handle patient data, and keep the practice revenue flowing!

This isn't just any job-it's a full-time, permanent gig working 76hrs across a cool 9-day fortnight schedule.

ABOUT YOU

• Radiology administration experience essential
• Leadership experience with the abilities to support the team and practices.
• Experience using RIS platforms - ideally Karisma, but not essential
• Knowledge and understanding of radiology billing policies and procedures (including Medicare, DVA, Work Cover and Inpatient billing)
• Detailed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and focus on completing high quality work
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with ability to meet targets
• A "can do" attitude that builds rapport with patients, staff, and professionals easily
• Excellent interpersonal skills and building partnerships and fostering collaborative relationships across the business.

9 days fortnight (76-hour fortnight) attractive salary with annual reviews. Free parking onsite. Position available ASAP but we will wait for you to give notice or relocate.
