Job Purpose:

Our client a leading speciality retailer in the ceramic floor and wall tile industry is renowned for its highquality products and exceptional customer service. They are looking to hire dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to join their team in Mwanza Tanzania.

In this role you will be responsible for expanding the companys market presence achieving sales targets in the region building and maintaining strong client relationships and providing outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken Englishcapable of effectively communicating the value of our highquality ceramic floor and wall tile products ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering longterm loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities build client relationships and close deals to expand the customer base.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the product range and effectively communicate the features and benefits to customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries resolving complaints and ensuring a positive buying experience.
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and customer preferences.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations proposals and contracts to potential clients.
• Manage and update customer databases and sales records.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Attend industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to promote the companys products.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management outlining performance and areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

• A university/college degree in a computer or businessoriented field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar role preferably in the ceramic tile or related industry.
• Must be fluent in English Both written and spoken.
• You should have good experience in sales in the flooring bathroom and home furnishing industry
• Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills capable of building trusting relationships
• Knowledge of using Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel is essential.
• Ability to think quickly and address customer inquiries or issues effectively
