We are looking for a Business Development Executivea pivotal role in driving growth and revenue streams in the Vietnam market. Youwill leverage your expertise in understanding customer needs and harnessing the diverse education and assessment assets available globally to create innovative products.

Functions
Achieving the sales target assigned for recruitment of new schools/clients for each Financial Year.
Meet target for establishing new contacts of potentialschools and other clients during the Financial Year.
Duties:
1. New Program Development and Deployment:
Design and develop innovative learning and assessment programs.
Craft a comprehensive growth strategy for innovative programs and business models while strengthening brand presence.
2. Program Sales and License Agreement:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiations and license agreement drafting and closure. Provide exceptional postsale support and maintain longterm client relationships.
3. Channel Development and Management:
Establish appoint coordinate and support Independent Service Providers (ISPs) vendors and other Channel Partners to expand the client base.
Conduct regular reviews with ISPs and Channel Partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.
4. Other Business Activities:
Cultivate and maintain strategic external relationships within the education industry fostering partnerships and collaborations.
Represent the Companyt at industry events and conferences acting as a catalyst for expanding our business network.
Requirements
General Requirements
At least a Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. business management marketing commerce education) from an accredited university.
Minimum of 2 consecutive years of proven working experience in a relevant role.
Overseas study experience in the United States Europe Canada Australia New Zealand or Singapore is advantageous.
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Extensive existing connections within institutes and organizations in the education industry.
Recruitment Requirements
Indepth knowledge of the national and international education systems and student markets.
Excellent interpersonal presentation and communication skills including fluency in English.
Strong time management project management and planning abilities.
Exceptional business acumen and the ability to recognize and capitalize on emerging opportunities trends and perspectives.
Proficiency in technical tools including Microsoft Office Salesforce and data analytics software.
