Facility will arrange for a vehicle for traveler to use while on assignment.

Shift: Day 3x12Hour (07:00 19:00) and Night 3x12Hour (19:00 07:00)

Job Duration: 13 Weeks

Duties:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes
Assist with medical procedures such as cardiac catheterization gastric lavage and neonatal ventilator management
Provide direct patient care including wound care dressing changes and personal hygiene assistance
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
Educate patients and their families on healthcare topics including disease management and preventive care
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment

Required:
Valid LPN license in AK
BLS
COVID Card
