Supplier Operations Technician

Your daily tasks will be

• Maintain and update game roadmaps to ensure timely releases of new games and update information on existing ones;
  
• Manage game releases and limit changes on Onetouch/Bombay platform;
  
• QA of new games prior to release to ensure all displayed interactable objects function as they should;
  
• Work closely with game providers and assist in gathering assets for creation of thumbnails and backgrounds;
  
• Monitor game performance and player feedback to identify and address any issues or bugs in a timely manner;
  
• Cooperate with Product Management and Quality Assurance Teams;
  
• Keep detailed documentation on all games including their features updates and any issues that have been identified and resolved;
  
• Continuously stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in game development to ensure that the companys games are of the highest quality and remain competitive in the market.
  

What we expect from you

• Proactive cando attitude and customerfocused mindset;
  
• Good technical level of understanding of technology infrastructure and business operations;
  
• A team player and strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills;
  
• 13 years of experience as technical support application engineer or similar technical position is an advantage;
  
• Excellent level of verbal and written English;
  
• Think out of the box be a creative thinker.
