Job Description

We have an opening for HRBP and sharing the JD below.

Position: HRBP
EXP: 5Yrs
Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders and managers to understand their strategic objectives and provide HR support and guidance accordingly.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations matters providing guidance and support on performance management conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and develop strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Lead talent management efforts including performance reviews succession planning and talent development programs.
  • Partner with the recruitment team to identify staffing needs and support the hiring process for key positions.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in human resources with a focus on HRBP or generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and drive results in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and trends to inform decisionmaking.
  • HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) preferred.
