Position: HRBP
EXP: 5Yrs
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders and managers to understand their strategic objectives and provide HR support and guidance accordingly.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations matters providing guidance and support on performance management conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and develop strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Lead talent management efforts including performance reviews succession planning and talent development programs.
- Partner with the recruitment team to identify staffing needs and support the hiring process for key positions.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in human resources with a focus on HRBP or generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to think strategically and drive results in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and trends to inform decisionmaking.
- HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) preferred.
